Erica is the owner of the KV Force and has been involved in cheerleading since the age of 8. She has coached and choreographed for the last 7 years winning grand championship and overall awards on the regional, state, and local levels. Erica currently holds certifications in AACCA Safety, NFHS Cheer Coaches Credentials, USASF Credentials, as well as the WVSSAC Cheer coaching and judges certification.

Josh is the Director of Client Relations. He is a graduate of Greenbrier East High School and WVSU. Josh has been involved in cheerleading for the last seven yrs.

Michelle is a lifelong gymnast and two time high school All American Cheerleader
