KVF TUMBLE

KVF Athletics offers premium, individualized, tumbling, cheer, and dance instruction. All tumbling classes are limited to 5 tumblers per instructor. The cost for tumbling class per month is $40.   For your convienance, you may pay on line using our paypal system. Please note if paying by paypal you will need to add $2 to your payment to cover the transaction fees incurred. Your child can also take a 45 minute private lesson with the instructor of your choice for $65 per month. Private lesson time slots are limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Our tumbling classes are divided per USASF levels.

Level 1 is beginning tumbling- forward /backward rolls, front/back walkovers, cartwheels, roundoffs

Level 2 is back/front handsprings standing and running

Level 3 is multiple back handsprings and running front/back tucks

Level 4 is standing back tucks, running and standing handspring tucks, and running/standing layouts and handspring layouts

Level 5 is single and double running and standing twists

Once your registration paperwork is filled out and registration fee of $25 is paid we will schedule an assessment for your child to make sure that they are placed in the tumbling class that is going to be most beneficial to them.

KVF Athletics offers Cheer Fundamental Classes for all those wanting to learn how to be a great cheerleader. These classes are an hour long and you will work on motions, jump technique, flexibility, voice, and learning cheer material. THIS IS NOT A TUMBLING CLASS and no gymnastics will be taught just everything you've ever wanted to know about cheering. The cost for tumbling class per month is $40 .  

KVF Athletics offers Cheer Stunting Classes . You tell us what position you want to work on and we assemble the stunt group to help maximze your learning potential. Having trouble sticking that stunt in your school routine? Let us give you that extra instruction that will make it click. Cheer stunting Class is $45 per participant per month.

KVF DANCE

KVF Athletics offers the following dance teams:

Hip Hop performance- This team is for boys and girls ages 5-18 yrs old who love to dance and want the opportunity to perform locally at sporting and community events. The team will practice once per week and the cost is $25 per month.

Hip Hop All Stars- These teams are for boys and girls ages 5-9,10-13, and 14-18 who love to dance and want the opportunity to perform locally at sporting and community events and compete nationally. The teams will practice once or twice per week, perform 3 to 4 times throughout the season, and compete twice locally and twice out of state over the course of the season. The cost is $35 per month plus costume and competition entry fees.

Jazz All Stars- These teams are for boys and girls ages 5-9,10-13, and 14-18 who love to dance and want the opportunity to perform locally at sporting and community events and compete nationally. The teams will practice once or twice per week, perform 3 to 4 times throughout the season, and compete twice locally and twice out of state over the course of the season. The cost is $35 per month plus costume and competition entry fees.
